Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Signal Collective LLC for your use of Signal Analyst.

In short

  • You keep ownership of your data; you let us read it to answer your questions.
  • Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time.
  • Answers come from AI and can be wrong. Check important numbers before acting on them.

1. The service

Signal Analyst answers questions about your store's sales, marketing and customers, using data from services you connect. You use it through Claude and, if you add it, Slack.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and be authorized to connect the stores and ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your data

You own the data you connect. You give us permission to access, store and process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. We use that access only to read data, never to change your store, ads or campaigns, and you can revoke it at any time from that service's settings or by contacting us.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, and billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Each plan covers a number of orders per month, as shown on the pricing page; where a plan charges for extra orders, that charge is billed in arrears and capped as shown there. You can cancel from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

5. AI answers

Answers are generated by AI from your data and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. Check important figures before relying on them.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: for example, don't try to access data you're not authorized to see, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or the terms of the services you connect.

7. Other services

Claude, Slack, Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo and Stripe are run by other companies under their own terms. We aren't responsible for those services.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Signal Analyst and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or fail to pay. After your account ends, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
