Questions
How does the free trial work?
You add a card when you sign up. The trial lasts 7 days, and billing starts after that unless you cancel before it ends.
What counts as an order?
Each order your store records in a calendar month, as reported by Shopify.
What happens if I go over my plan?
On Startup there's no extra charge; if you're over 7,500 orders two months in a row, we'll suggest moving to Scaling. On Scaling, orders above 25,000 cost 1¢ each, and the extra charge is capped at $500 a month, so the most you'll pay is $749.
What's the difference between 12 months and lifetime history?
With 12 months, answers cover your most recent year of orders. With lifetime, they cover your store's full order history.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
